DESIGN OBJECTIVES: "Microsoft Cares" intranet site was redesigned to simplify their employee's benefits and human resources information.

SKILLS & TECHNIQUE: This site provided an opportunity to take a highly graphical approach since Microsoft's bandwidth was unlimited. This design emphasized the four distinct purposes of the site using warm, fuzzy pictures to emphasize that Microsoft "cares".
